App-specific terms
Pickup Points & Lockers
You must hold any required courier account, API permission, contract, or licence and configure and test checkout and fulfillment before production use. Pickup-location information can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable; you must confirm material delivery details with the carrier. Appsetup does not act as a courier and does not guarantee delivery, acceptance, capacity, opening hours, or the continued availability of an endpoint.
You may use provider location data only for genuine delivery selection and fulfillment. You must not scrape, bulk export, sell, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use it to reconstruct a provider's database or competing service. Provider data, APIs, and marks remain subject to provider rights and terms. Appsetup may disable a source when authorization, terms, safety, or reliability are uncertain.
Cash on Delivery Blacklist
Blacklist matches, shared signals, reputation-provider results, and scores are indicators only. They may contain errors, stale reports, collisions, or false positives and do not prove fraud. Appsetup does not guarantee prevention of loss, chargebacks, abusive orders, or delivery costs.
You are solely responsible for the lawful basis and proportionality of using customer identifiers and shared reports; setting thresholds; verifying a result against other relevant information; providing required notice; offering correction, allowlisting, appeal, and human review where required; and making the final decision to accept, reject, restrict, or change payment methods. You must not submit fabricated, discriminatory, retaliatory, excessive, or unlawful reports, or use the app to make decisions based on protected characteristics. Notes must not contain unnecessary sensitive data. Automated checkout rules must be tested and monitored.
You grant Appsetup permission to normalize and pseudonymize submitted identifiers and process shared reports to provide cross-merchant matching. You represent that you are permitted to submit that data. Appsetup may correct, suppress, or remove unreliable or abusive reports and suspend shared-database access.
Infinite Blog Post
You are responsible for the articles, recommendation rules, theme compatibility, disclosures, cookie or analytics consent where required, and rights in all displayed content. Recommendations and analytics are estimates and can be affected by browsers, blockers, theme changes, cache behavior, or Shopify APIs. Appsetup does not guarantee traffic, engagement, search ranking, revenue, or uninterrupted loading.
Email Popups & Spin Wheel
You must present accurate campaign terms and odds, honor valid rewards, prevent deceptive scarcity, and comply with marketing, consumer, promotion, cookie, and anti-spam law. Before collecting or syncing contact details, you must provide the required notice and obtain valid consent where applicable; maintain proof, suppression lists, unsubscribe handling, and age/geographic restrictions; and configure Shopify, Klaviyo, and other providers correctly. Appsetup does not guarantee subscriber growth, delivery, conversion, reward redemption, or provider acceptance.
Digital Receipts
You authorize Appsetup to generate documents from your Shopify data and send them through a mailbox you connect. You are responsible for the legal and tax sufficiency, numbering, content, timing, recipients, corrections, archival period, and any consent needed for electronic delivery. You must review templates and test sending before enabling automation. Appsetup is not an accountant, fiscal-device provider, tax authority, or legal adviser and does not guarantee that a document satisfies every jurisdiction's fiscal requirements.
Appsetup Dashboard and support
You must protect administrator credentials, grant access only to authorized staff, keep contact information current, and promptly report suspected compromise. Support may rely on information and access you provide; remove unnecessary sensitive data before submitting tickets or attachments.
3. Connected accounts
Optional integrations operate only after you authorize them. You may disconnect a supported mailbox from Digital Receipts or revoke access through the provider. You must not connect an account you do not own or have permission to use. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of Appsetup.
4. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the Services process information, including Google and Microsoft mailbox authorization. Merchants are responsible for their own customer-facing privacy notices and for responding to requests as the controller of their customer data.
5. Plans, billing, and changes
Features, trials, usage limits, and fees may vary by plan. Shopify Billing governs Shopify app charges unless stated otherwise. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality, including integrations affected by a provider, security concern, legal requirement, or operational risk.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services unlawfully; send spam or deceptive messages; infringe rights; bypass access controls or rate limits; probe or disrupt systems; scrape, resell, or reconstruct protected datasets; introduce malicious code; or use the Services or third-party data to build an unauthorized competing product.
7. Intellectual property
Appsetup retains its rights in the Services, software, interface, workflows, and documentation. Shopify, Google, Microsoft, couriers, and other parties retain their respective trademarks, services, APIs, and data. No partnership or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Appsetup does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful delivery, provider acceptance, data accuracy, a particular business result, or preservation of every field by a third-party platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appsetup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, deliveries, or business interruption. Appsetup's aggregate liability relating to a Service will not exceed fees paid for that Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no fees were paid, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using or uninstall a Service at any time. We may restrict or end access for a material violation, unlawful use, security risk, abuse, nonpayment, provider request, Shopify requirement, or legal obligation.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, subject to mandatory applicable law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria. We may update these Terms, and the effective date above identifies the current version.
